Annual Day Event of “DSRD Institute Private Limited” on 31st July 2022
DSRD Institute successfully completed 1 st anniversary and the event was organized in presence of many academic personalities and the students from various colleges and schools. The Annual magazine of the Company was released by the Director of the Institute, Shri DRS Kumar along with other all dignitaries, present in the event. Dr Murali Krishna, who is managing the Institute, has given a presentation with the details of the career development courses of Institute and explained the need of the training for getting better employment. He said that the students must get enriched with the talent and then employment is obvious. Subsequently, the Director of the Institute, Mr DRS Kumar; the Vice Chancellor of Barkatullah University, Mr RJ Rao; Former Emeritus Scientist of Indian Institute of Soil science DR DLN Rao; Professor Dr Anjali and Ex-Professor Dr Sarita Shrivastava of Excellence College for higher Education; The Director of Saviour College, Mrs Preeti Khare had spoken the importance of such courses for the bright career of students. Shri Raghavendra Sharma, the secretory member of honourable Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh was also present in the event. Also, the senior Management of Lupin Limited, Mr Raju Wankhade, Ms Gargi and Mr Praveen Yadav participated in the event
Seminar on “Career Opportunities in Drug Manufacturing in Pharma Industry”.
The seminar was organized on 29 th March 2022 by the IES University, Bhopal on the topic “Career Opportunities in Drug Manufacturing in Pharma Industry”. The Director of DSRD Institute, Dr D. Murali Krishna and the Ex-Sr. Vice President of Lupin, Shri K. C. Sharma delivered the lecture on this topic. The students were very interactive and the session was very educative. Later Dr Vinod, the Principal of IES honoured the speakers with memento.
The Director of DSRD Institute launched the book “Master of Life Management” through the hands of CM of Madhya Pradesh Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan on 24 th December 2021.
Dr Dantu Murali Krishna, the Managing Director of “DSRD Institute Private Limited” is known as a scientist, writer and Singer. In the past he created audio albums and published books and articles in number of national and international Journals. He received number of awards from national and international level including “Vishist Sanskrit Sevavrati award” from ministry of HRD, Government of India. His work was appreciated by the honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the Vice President, Shri Venkaiah Naidu as well.
Now Dr Murali Krishna has authored a book with title of “Master of Life Management” taking almost 3 years of time to based on the teachings of Bhagavad-Gita. He created this book with conceptualization of Life management aspects useful for youth, students and for the whole mankind. He said, it is just like a degree course that one must read and practice for elevation of life. Honourable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh , Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan inspired and has released his book on 24th December 2021 in his Chamber at Vidhan Sabha in Bhopal. Along with Dr Murali Krishna, his beloved 91 year old mother, Dantu Surya Kumari and the Senior Manager of Lupin Ltd, Mr Raju Wankhade were also present.
On 12th of December 2021 on the topic “Management of Self for effective Leadership”.
Dr Murali Krishna, Director-DSRD Institute has delivered online lecture in JK Yog Summit, at Dallas, Texas, USA on 12th December 2021 on the topic “Management of Self for effective Leadership”. Dr Karan Singh, Dr Kiran Bedi, Mr Shiv Khera were also among the other eminent speakers in the event from India.
On 11th of January DSRD Institute pvt.ltd. organized seminar on career counselling in Naveen higher secondary school.
The staff of DSRD Institute delivered the workshop in a grand way at Naveen Higher Secondary School. . The principal Ms Sangeeta madam , the teacher Ms Rashmi and the Director of DSRD Institute Dr Murali Krishna and others were present. The principal and the faculty found that the seminar was very beneficial for the students. Around 200 students participated in the workshop.

The Seminar was started by lightening the lamp and Saraswathi Poojan byDr. Sanjay Jain Jt. Secretary, BGIand visited guests. Dr. Sanjay Jain highlighted about the need of training and skill development among the students. He has also highlighted the activity of Bansal Group. Dr. Subhash Pande, Principal Advisor and Council Member, subject expert given the power-point presentation about the new areas of pharmaceuticals including production, QC,GA and about the APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). He has also mentioned about the scope in allied product/accessory products like packing, printing, transport, cold chain etc. Dr. D. Murali Krishna, Managing Director, DSRD Institute Pvt. Ltd, highlighted about the leadership qualities, corporate presentation, stress management, Team management and industrial overview in his lecture. Welcome address was given by Dr. S. Nayak, Principal, Bansal College of Pharmacy. Program was coordinated by Ms. Supriya Sharma, Assistant Professor, Bansal College of Pharmacy, and was attended by around 225 participants (online/offline).
Inauguration Day
DSRD Institute Private Limited has been inaugurated by the Vice- Chancellor of Barkatullah University, Shri Dr R J Rao on 1st September 2021. The web portal of the Company has been launched by the Director, Smt D. Surya Kumari in the event. Many Ex senior employees of Lupin Limited, Shri KC Sharma, Dr Subhash Pandey, P. Kapoor, S K Parey and many were present. Dr DLN Rao, Prof Sarita Shrivastava from academic institutes and Mr Alok Sanjar, the Ex-MP of Lok-Sabha were also present and said that the Institute is unique in nature and is very much essential these days for training and upgradation of students in building their career path.
