The founder of Institute is
Dr. D.Murali Krishna, son of Late Shri D.S.R. Dikshitulu and D.Surya Kumari.
He established this institute on the name of his father, Shri D.S.R. Dikshitulu (DSRD) who was an eminent educationalist in the United Andhra Pradesh (Before division of Telangana) particularly in Khammam and in East Godavari districts. DSRD dedicated his whole life for the education and uplifting of the students and the people of the society. Thousands of his students settled at very high positions in various fields across the globe.
The founder Dr. D.Murali Krishna
Dr. Murali Krishna is retired from Lupin Limited as Senior General Manager and he has more than 36 years of Research and Industrial experience in pharmaceutical companies and made significant contribution on variety of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. He has number of patent publications to his credit for his research work on various drug molecules. He has also published books and articles in National & International Journals on management aspects based on Bhagavad-Gita in various formats including musical audio albums in multiple languages. For his contribution, he has received many awards including "Vishisht Sanskrit Sevavrati Award" from the ministry of HRD, Government of India. For his outstanding contribution to Education Skill and Research, he received "Visionary Leader Award" for the Year 2021" from Centre for Education Growth and Research (CEGR). His name entered in India book of records, Asia Book of Records and International book of Records for his exemplary contribution useful for the youth. He started this institute with an objective to recognize the inherant capabilities of the candidates and guide & upgrade their abilities to succeed in their career.

This Institute is to assess the candidates and impart the training on “Career Development Program” with relevant technical skills and behavioural aspects for achieving their career goals after completion of their education. Also the Institute associates with various industries and organization to provide them the “Technical Services”. The Institute will act as a platfrom between the academics and employment for the candidates to achieve their career ambitions.
The advisory panel of the Institute, consist of the experts having the large experience at national and international level. The panel holds the high personalities, those are the Scholars.
